Oracle PL/SQL Support Engineer

Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers on a variety of Oracle PL/SQL related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems
Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge bases
Work with the development team to identify and fix bugs
Stay up to date on the latest Oracle PL/SQL technologies.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL development
Strong understanding of Oracle PL/SQL syntax and features
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
