JD:

Study customer requirements on Project to Invoicing processes and map them in Oracle Cloud.
Provide primary support for Oracle PPM Cloud modules.
Work closely with Business Users to scope and draft functional requirements.
Analyze As-Is Processes and design the optimized To-Be Processes.
Work with internal and external IT teams to deliver the solution/ fixes.
Ability to debug the system for certain behavior of the feature(s) and explain it to the Users, Perform fit/gap analysis to evaluate each functional area in a business process to achieve specific goal(s), align business in moving to more standardize processes within Oracle Cloud to reduce the customizations.
Maintain the relationship with finance business partners, understand the issues reported by them, analyze the issue, find the short term/ long term fixes and enroll business partners.
Perform Design Validation and identify areas of improvement.
Suggest and improve business processes.
Prepare Training Material, SOPs etc for Oracle Cloud processes at L3 to L5 levels.
Prepare Test Scripts, and perform Testing of Oracle Cloud functionality & configuration.
Impart training to users on Oracle PPM Cloud.


Essential Skills & Qualification:

A bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance or Computer Science.

10 - 12 years of extensive functional experience with Oracle Cloud in PPM modules (PEM, PFM, PRM, Project Costing, Project Revenue and Project Invoice) is critical.

+5 years of support experience on top of implementation experience is preferred.

Should have hands on working experience of ETL, Oracle BI Publisher, workflows, OTBI, etc.

Professional, precise communication skills.

Should have experience in Oracle Implementation and Support.

Ability to deliver under strict timelines.

Good communication and customer facing skills.

Have capability in designing solutions and providing process consulting.
