Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Global SaaS Oracle
Provide advisory with extensive knowledge of Oracle SaaS ERP, HCM and SCM
Lead and Direct client solution engagements for Oracle Cloud based transformations
Ideate new Cloud SaaS offerings with foundation knowledge of OIC based PaaS for SaaS
Work with Oracle and clients to build business case, roadmap and program solutions
Own and lead proactive pitches, RFP and advisory based delivery
Conduct join GTM exercises with Oracle
Good understanding of Oracle SaaS cloud ecosystem along with supporting apps Coupa, NetSuite, Kinaxis, Analplan, Zoura etc. good to have
Own a revenue target

Essential Skills:
Hands on experience for 10+ years in two of the following Oracle SaaS pillars ERP, SCM, CX, HCM
Excellent client communication across leaders and users for above business process
At least 5 project implementation experience for mid to large Cloud transformation programs
Strong analytical skills
Strong track record in driving revenue opportunities
Demonstrated ability to work within a process driven environment
Self-starter. Driving through contacting the appropriate parties to get them done and escalate when progress is impeded.
A team player and self-motivated, you must demonstrate a strong customer-centric ethos.
Good to have some knowledge of onprem apps EBS, PeopleSoft, JDE etc. Similarly around edge apps like Coupa, NetSuite, Kinaxis, Analplan, Zoura etc.
