Oracle SOA Lead

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle SOA Consultant to join our dynamic team. As an Oracle SOA Consultant, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining Oracle Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Oracle SOA Suite, strong technical proficiency, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams. Responsibilities: Solution Design and Architecture: Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and design effective Oracle SOA solutions. Develop comprehensive architecture and design documentation for SOA implementations. Oracle SOA Implementation: Lead the implementation of Oracle SOA Suite components, including BPEL processes, adapters, and other integration technologies. Configure and optimize Oracle SOA Suite to meet performance and scalability requirements. Integration Development: Develop, test, and deploy integration solutions using Oracle SOA Suite and related technologies. Implement custom adapters, transformations, and business rules as needed. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide expert-level support for Oracle SOA implementations, including identifying and resolving technical issues. Collaborate with support teams to ensure timely issue resolution and minimal system downtime. Performance Tuning: Conduct performance tuning and optimization activities to ensure the efficient operation of Oracle SOA Suite components. Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Documentation and Training: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for Oracle SOA implementations. Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as an Oracle SOA Consultant or in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of Oracle SOA Suite and related technologies. Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Middleware, BPEL, and other SOA components. Experience with Oracle SOA Suite administration and performance tuning. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Oracle certifications in SOA or related areas will be a plus.
