Required Skills

10 years experience as Oracle SOA, Java/J2EE

Proficiency in Oracle SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture), Java/J2EE technology.

In-depth knowledge of SOA principles and best practices

Strong understanding of Oracle SOA infrastructure and components.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving integration related technical issues in Oracle SOA environments.

Ability to provide technical guidance and expertise to support teams.

Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) practices.

Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and environments.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

 Responsibilities

Provide expert-level support for Oracle SOA applications and infrastructure.

Installation and configuration of Oracle SOA Suite

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including monitoring, performance tuning, and patching.

Design and implement SOA composite applications

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Oracle SOA environments.

Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes and enhancements.

Serve as a technical escalation point for complex support cases.

Document support processes, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.

Mentor and train junior support staff on Oracle SOA technologies and best practices.

Coordinate with vendors for escalated support cases and service requests.

Ensure compliance with ITIL practices and internal support procedures.

Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Stay updated with Oracle SOA technology trends and best practices.
