Job Responsibilities:
Experience: 10+ years
· Minimum 6+ Years of Hands-on Experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Module as Functional Consultant.
· Solid technical understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture and data model and Multi-Org concepts.
· 2 End to End Projects Implementation experience on Oracle Cloud Payroll module.
· Ability to drive the projects independently and work with Business Stakeholders.
· Hands on experience with Fast Formulas and Costing.
· Hands on experience with HCM Data Loaders, HCM Extracts and OTBI Reports
· Implementation experience on Payroll Conversions, configurations, Mid-Year Balance migrations
· Hands on Experience working in ADP Reporting and Integration issues
· Adhere to the processes and adapt the changes set by the Organization
· Experience on working end to end test cases for Payroll Module.
· Oracle Applications development experience, including Reports, Customization, Interfaces, and Extensions.
· Big picture view, with ability to understand the details of business needs, processes, and information flows through the system.
· Prior experience working in organizations to support IT services provided to internal/external clients
· Knowledge of software development lifecycle and source code control.
· Business intelligence and reporting experience considered an asset.
Minimum Requirements:
· A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field with 6+ years’ experience of Oracle Cloud Applications (implementation and support)
· Experience with one or more Oracle Cloud modules HCM like Core HR, Benefits, Absence and Payroll is a must.
· Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience with expertise in large-scale, enterprise software that requires high performance, scalability, and redundancy, during which both hands-on and leadership capabilities have been clearly demonstrated
· Troubleshooting skills for technical and functional issues related to the Oracle Applications.
