Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Primary Skills: Oracle Sales Performance Management.
  • Secondary Skills:  Incentive Compensation cloud
  • 10+ years of experience in implementation of Oracle Applications.
  • Experience in the implementation of Oracle Sales Performance Management.
  • Experience in end-to-end implementation of Oracle Incentive Compensation cloud.
  • Experience in Configuration of compensation plans, Credit rules, custom components, credit, and classification rules.
  • Experience in Oracle integration cloud.
  • Must have hands on experience in development of SQL, PLSQL to create custom rules.
  • Thorough understanding of Sales performance processes and incentive driven sales.
  • Experience in interacting with business to gather requirements
