Oracle Sr Functional Analyst

Analyze, document and test impact of R12.2 RUP patches or upgrade on business processes and customizations.
Provide day-to-day hands-on support by bridging the gap between the business owners and the technical team and clearly articulating any issues or new/changing requirements needed.
Collaborate with core business partners to identify efficiencies in existing processes utilizing system configurations and automation.
Skills/experience preferred includes:
Six years or more experience of Oracle e-business Suite of Financial and Supply Chain applications in a complex environment.
Two full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Financial and Supply Chain applications as a functional lead.
Experience in a functional lead role for five or more of the following Oracle Financial/Supply Chain related modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, iProcurement, Purchasing, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Projects and Grants (PNG), Inventory, Work Orders, iExpense, iSupplier, Property Manager, Warehouse /Inventory Mgmt., Order Management, iStore.
Experience in development of project timelines, plans, requirements, scope, and issue documentation.
Experience in collaborating with business owners to gather and document the requirements and functional specifications.
Skilled in data analysis, design and redesign and configuration of production modules.
Experience working in an ERP environment that is highly integrated with third-party systems.
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience in business process redesign.
Experience in conducting analysis to determine any impacts to system configurations as a result of patches, upgrades, other module implementations and/or changes to configurations in other modules and business areas.
