Description

Mandatory Requirement: Expertise in Oracle ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, HR) and related business processes.

Key Responsibilities
 

Architecture and Design: Develop and maintain the overall architecture strategy for Oracle applications, including ERP, databases, and integrations with other enterprise systems

Technical Oversight: Provide technical leadership throughout the full lifecycle of Oracle projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical standards, and best practices

System Integrations: Design and implement seamless integrations between Oracle applications and other business systems using APIs, middleware, and integration tools

Performance Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of Oracle solutions through regular assessments and improvements

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Partner with business leaders, project managers, and development teams to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and communicate architectural decisions

Security and Compliance: Ensure Oracle applications and systems adhere to security best practices, industry standards, and regulatory requirements

Technical Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including diagrams, technical specifications, and standard operating procedures

Stay Updated: Monitor emerging Oracle technologies, industry trends, and best practices. Recommend enhancements that align with the organization’s strategic goals

Required Qualifications 

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience

10+ years of experience in Oracle technologies, with at least 5 years in an architecture or senior technical role

Proven experience designing and implementing Oracle ERP solutions (e.g., Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion, or Oracle Cloud)

Technical Skills

In-depth knowledge of Oracle databases, including PL/SQL, SQL, performance tuning, and database architecture

Proficiency with Oracle ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, HR) and associated business processes

Experience with Oracle integration technologies (Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)

Strong understanding of cloud-based Oracle solutions, including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle Cloud ERP

Soft Skills

Strong leadership and project management abilities with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
