Description

MUST HAVE: Sound experience in Oracle EBS R12.2.10 Payroll and Time & Labor modules

Should have performed hands on activities in configuring balances, elements, fast formulas, Time entry rules, Time Validation rules, garnishments, earnings and deductions

Should have sound experience in Payroll processing, post processing activities, configuring of payslips

Should have worked on yearly Roll Up patches impact assessment for HRMS and year end patches for HRMS/Payroll

Should have knowledge about HR Security roles and responsibilities configuration. HR Security Profiles

Should have sound understanding of RICEFW in EBS

Should be able to work with Client in a fast moving support environment and should be able to work with offshore team

Nice to have / not needed

Should know release activities and should have worked with ticket management tools like Service Now 

Should have worked on JIRA
