Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives related to network and service assurance.
  • Assess client's current network operations and assurance processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Design and configure Oracle Unified Assurance solutions to meet client's specific needs, including fault management, performance management, and service quality monitoring.
  • Customize OUA workflows, reports, and dashboards to provide actionable insights and drive operational efficiency.
  • Integrate Oracle Unified Assurance with existing OSS/BSS systems, network elements, and third-party applications as required.
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality, performance, and scalability of OUA implementations.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to client's staff on Oracle Unified Assurance usage, administration, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, network engineers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay current with Oracle Unified Assurance product updates, new features, and industry best practices.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Oracle Unified Assurance, providing technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as an Oracle Unified Assurance consultant, with in-depth knowledge of OUA products and solutions.
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications networks, protocols, and technologies, including GSM, CDMA, LTE, and IP.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Unified Assurance products, such as Oracle Network Integrity (ONI), Oracle Performance Intelligence Center (PIC), and Oracle Communications Service Monitor (CSM).
  • Experience with OSS/BSS systems, including inventory management, provisioning, and billing systems.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing OUA solutions using Oracle's tools and APIs.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks related to network and service assurance, such as TM Forum's eTOM and ITU-T's FCAPS.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
