OSS Technical Project Manager

Job Description:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for OSS platforms, leveraging your experience with platforms such as NetCracker, Amdocs or similar systems.
- Identify and prioritize system enhancements, new features, and optimizations based on business needs and industry trends.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on OSS technologies, tools, and best practices.
- Lead end-to-end project management for OSS-related initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Define project goals, milestones, and success criteria while managing risks and dependencies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to establish project schedules, resource allocations, and project documentation.
- Collaborate with software engineers, network architects, and vendors, leveraging your experience with NetCracker, Amdocs, Oracle Networking, or similar platforms, to design and develop scalable OSS solutions.
- Define system requirements, workflows, and data models for OSS platforms, considering performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Conduct system testing and validation, ensuring the OSS platforms meet functional and operational requirements.
- Identify areas for process improvement and optimization within OSS operations, leveraging your experience with NetCracker, Amdocs, Oracle Networking, or similar systems.
- Analyze system performance metrics, logs, and user feedback to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for automation.
- Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve system reliability and performance.
- Engage and manage relationships with external vendors and OSS-related stakeholders.
- Collaborate with vendors to evaluate and select appropriate OSS tools, technologies, and integrations, leveraging your experience with platforms such as Netcracker, Amdocs, Oracle Networking, or similar systems.
