Job Title: Outbound sales executive

Job description

  • Experience in blended process including voice and email campaigns
  • Experience in selling and generating high quality leads for banking (preferably virtual cards)
  • Possess strong knowledge of Banking products (specially virtual cards) and services to identify customer needs
  • Aggressive in following up with potential customers - Demonstrate an aptitude for sales and be able to ask for the next follow up call for closure
  • Work with the team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in processes.
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers
  • Be empathetic in all customer interactions

  • Banking Product knowledge (specially virtual cards)
  • Strong Selling and persuasive skills
  • Focus on Quality
  • Proficiency in English, confident communication over the phone and emails
  • Excellent Documentation/E-mail skills
  • Knowledge of CRM and Telephony like Avaya, Salesforce etc
  • Quick learner and passion for sales
  • Multi-tasking

 

 

Education and experience required -

 

  • Fluent in verbal and written English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Graduate
  • At least one year of sales experience preferably in banking domain
