Job description
- Experience in blended process including voice and email campaigns
- Experience in selling and generating high quality leads for banking (preferably virtual cards)
- Possess strong knowledge of Banking products (specially virtual cards) and services to identify customer needs
- Aggressive in following up with potential customers - Demonstrate an aptitude for sales and be able to ask for the next follow up call for closure
- Work with the team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in processes.
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers
- Be empathetic in all customer interactions
Skills required -
- Banking Product knowledge (specially virtual cards)
- Strong Selling and persuasive skills
- Focus on Quality
- Proficiency in English, confident communication over the phone and emails
- Excellent Documentation/E-mail skills
- Knowledge of CRM and Telephony like Avaya, Salesforce etc
- Quick learner and passion for sales
- Multi-tasking
Education and experience required -
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Graduate
- At least one year of sales experience preferably in banking domain
