We are looking for a Paid Ads Expert to manage all Search Engine Marketing & Social Media Marketing Campaigns.
The Paid Ads Specialist will manage all paid campaigns on Google, Bing, Facebook etc.

A successful Paid Ads Expert will effectively manage the paid campaigns budget and work with the Digital Marketing Team in order to maximize ROI, drive sales, leads, traffic, and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Create and plan a variety of Paid Ads campaigns like Search Ads, Shopping Ads, Smart Ads, Display Ads, Video Ads  and paid social ads etc.
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid campaigns
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
  • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
  • Optimize Ad copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns
  • Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links

Requirements

  • At Least 3+ years of Proven SEM & SMM experience and Success managing PPC campaigns across Google, Bing & Facebook
  • Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing
  • Must have worked on Paid US/Canada Projects
  • Must have run Paid Shopping Campaigns
  • In-depth experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite)
  • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics) and other tools like Google Tag Manager
  • Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports
  • Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Responsible for monthly reports, Proposal and analysis reports.
  • Update/reorganize/change website content to increase customer utility and improve search engine visibility and ranking.
  • Work closely with clients to develop in-depth content strategies, competitive analysis, keyword research, and SERPs analysis.
  • Utilize Google Analytics and other platforms such as SEMRush and Moz.
  • Drive organic traffic to the client’s site and increase new patient acquisition.
  • Optimize pages for desktop, tablet, and mobile use.
  • Keep up to date with new trends and best SEO practices.
  • Provide Sr. Manager/Director with weekly status updates and reports as it relates to assigned clients and direct reports.
  • Able to learn new technology and must be comfortable to manage all Digital marketing projects (PPC, ORM, Social, etc.) and make suggestions to clients about other potential channels that may contribute to the success and effectiveness of a campaign.
  •  Responsible for Team Knowledge Enhancement.
  • Able to communicate with Overseas clients.
  • Must be comfortable with CMS, such as WordPress, Shopify, Joomla etc.
