PAM Senior Analyst

Duties Include: 

• Perform IAM and PAM functions within the broader IAM organization
• Identify opportunities for improvements in IAM/PAM processes
• Work with Engineers to configure systems to achieve enforce identity lifecycle, provisioning, certification, federation, password management, and reporting capabilities
• As a IAM-PAM Senior Analyst, you will assist in cleanup and hygiene requests for active directory accounts and groups
• Assist in development of IAM and PAM services in ServiceNow system
• Collaborates with product and project teams to understand needs and enable them with IAM/PAM solutions
• Analyze and remediate issues related to the identity lifecycle, system security, system integration, access control/authentication and authorization. This person is expected to help identify root cause, support, and post-mortem analysis for security incidents and service interruptions related to identity

Required Skills : * Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience * 4 years of experience with IAM platforms infrastructure solution like Service Now, ForeRock, at an administrator, analyst level * Familiarity with IAM concepts such as Role Based Access Control (RBAC), Least Privilege, Privileged Access, Remote Access Segregation of Duties * Entry level working knowledge of PAM Standards and best practices, including Multi-Factor Authentication, Service Account Standards, privileged account discovery * Demonstrate ability and/or a proven record of success in reviewing access requests from users, utilizing IAMtools, defining best practices for IAM, and applying continuously independent judgment to solve daily issues * Experience in administering some Servers via RDP and Linux via command line * Experience in troubleshooting and resolving authentication and password related issues * Technical familiarity with core infrastructure architectures and tools, including Active Directory, Server/OS, Storage, Middleware, Database, Network/Telecom (switches, load balancers, routers, and firewalls), and Application topologies * Certifications in related security field a plus
