Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Paralegal - Insurance Defense to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience with legal document management systems and possess knowledge of immigration law. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic legal environment and contribute to various legal cases and projects.

Role:-           Paralegal - Insurance Defense

Location:     Los Angeles, CA.

Intial Onsite - 5 days a week and can turn into a Hybrid model

Duration:    3- 6 Months-Possible Right To Hire

Required Skills:- 

  • Bachelor's degree required, Paralegal Certificate preferred
  • 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
  • Insurance defense experience                               
  • Experience with drafting subpoenas and creating logs for records received.

Responsibilities:- 

·        Draft and send routine correspondence

·        Prepare legal filings: format documents, pull exhibits, proofread and redact documents

·        E-file court filings in various courts

·        Open new matters/process matters for closing

·        Document management and organization

·        Prepare cover letters for attorney bills

·        Schedule conferences and depositions, maintain attorney calendars

·        Manage bills for third-party vendors, process check requests, and follow up with accounting
