Role:
– The responsibilities of a partner would include client management, business planning, people management, practice development, innovation, and financial management
– To build a profitable Deal Advisory, M&A and Due Diligence practice in the region
– Client Management: To develop and lead client relationships and identify areas of growth & create relevant and innovative service offerings for target clients.
– Lead, generate and deliver Deal Advisory, M&A and Due Diligence engagements
– To be the SME in the area and provide robust advice to clients
– Build delivery capability in the practice
– People Management: To help build and develop a team and be a role model for the team members in the practice
– Business Planning for the growth of the practice
– Practice Development
– Mine client relationship proactively to increase share and volume of business
– Collaborate with other Practices / Partners to identify opportunities for, cross selling
– Thought Leadership: To keep upto date with developments in the Deal Advisory, M&A and Due Diligence area and act as a thought leader
– Innovation: To keep innovating service offering, relevant for target clients, for the consinued growth of the Practice
– Financial Management of the Practice

Requirements:
– CA with Min 15+ years of experience with excellent track record of leading Deal Advisory, M&A and Due Diligence function with Leading Corporate Finance, Audit and Consulting Firms
– Ideally should have strong relationships at key decision making levels at target client organisations
– Proven ability to grow a practice and lead teams
– Good Business Planning and Financial Management Skills
– Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
– Good Communication Skills and ability to interact with CXO level executives
– Extensive experience and expertise in Deal Advisory, M&A and Due Diligence
– Entrepreneurial mindset
– Good listening and analytical skills
– Eye for detail

Education

B.E., B.Tech or Equivalent.
