Partner Channel Solutions Analyst
Basic Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Partner Channel, and Deal Desk.
Experience in end-to-end implementation of the Partner channel process.
B2B Partner channel implementation experience from a business perspective like Azure, Ingram Micro etc.,
Strong experience in Quote to Cash, Quote to Order and Order to Cash.
Build platforms and solutions where a single API can plug in multiple B2B partner channels to accelerate adoption.
Must have an understanding of CPQ, ERP, and how e2e business flow through partner channel to all these systems from the process perspective.
Working in a team environment with diverse stakeholders across Finance, Sales, PE, and Pricing .
Experience in SaaS products.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to communicate issues in a straightforward, understandable manner.
Possess a strong level of expertise in Billing, and Revenue.
Intermediate to extensive experience in
- 1 and 2-tier Channel Partner business emphasizing Distribution, Resell, and co-sell sales motions.
- SaaS business (reservation and consumption)
- Traditional resell and Co-sell motions (SKU-based)
- Business Operations (Ordering, Invoicing, Reconciliation)
- Business (System) Architecture
- Software Development (Understanding of software development principles and best practices)
- International business management with a focus on Partnerships, i.e., working knowledge of sales motions and requirements across the Americas (North and South), Europe (UK and European Union)
- Reviewing contracts
- GSuite, SalesForce, Apptus, Oracle
