We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partnerships Manager to join our team. The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for all aspects of partner management, focusing on recruiting new partners, onboarding them effectively, and driving joint business growth. This role demands a strategic builder who enjoys building things ground up and can operate with minimal oversight while collaborating with various internal stakeholders to drive business and achieve success.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Recruit New Partners:
- Identify strategic partners through careful planning and prioritization.
- Proactively solicit potential partners to join our Partner Program.
- Clearly articulate our value proposition and the benefits of our Partner Program.
Onboard Partners:
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding program, including training, access provisioning, and joint business planning.
- Organize and facilitate periodic knowledge sessions for partners.
- Develop partner sales playbooks and other collateral materials to expedite partner onboarding and training.
Manage Partners:
- Monitor partner progress in achieving defined goals from the Joint Business Plan through well-planned cadences.
- Engage partners through regular meetings to review pipeline, collaborate on growth initiatives, and promote awareness of our products and milestones.
- Drive sales quota and pipeline growth through joint go-to-market efforts with partners, referrals, and co-marketing activities.
- Take accountability for partner success metrics and overall partner growth.
- Maintain direct relationships with partners, proactively resolving issues and creating mutual value.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders in Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Legal, acting as a partner advocate while aligning with company goals.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives involving both internal and external teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience in partnership management or business development in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Good presentation and excel sheet skills.
