P&C Business Analyst

The Senior Business Analyst will be involved in all aspects of the project lifecycle from initiation to closing, to ensure that the technical solution meets business needs. Advancing and broadening the business analysis competency, standards and processes to support the strategic and long term objectives for the organization acting as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for various eCommerce applications. ·Working with various groups like Development, QA, UAT, Infrastructure support. etc., for a resource allocation plan for the IT Projects working with manager. ·Ensuring compliance with standards and practices to establish higher quality deliverables ·Collecting and analyzing metrics to enable and lead continuous improvement of the Business Analysis processes. Qualifications: ·Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems or equivalent experience. ·10 years of Business Analysis Experience in Property and Casualty Insurance domain. ·Detailed understanding of Policy Admin, eCommerce, Billing, Claims and financial applications along with understanding of various third party integrations like LexisNexis Prefill, CREDIT, MRV, CLUE etc. is a must. ·Experience with Web Analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager etc. is a must. ·Excellent understanding of Web Service and APIs and familiarity with SQL, XML, HTML, XSLT, JSON etc. along with tools like Postman, REST API and SOAP UI etc. is highly desirable. ·Demonstrated ability to apply disciplined and rigorous approaches to analysis that include object and entity-relationship modeling, state-transition diagramming, and related approaches to custom developed application
