Pega Architect

5+ years of IT experience on Pega , 7.x and 8.x for CSSA, 8+ years of IT experience for CLSA
Pega Senior System Architect certification is a must. Preference given to certified Lead System Architect
Ability to prepare comprehensive technical specifications and solution architecture documentation
Proficient with Pega solution development, object-oriented analysis and design skills and system integration skills.
Expert in building solutions using Pega rules like cases, flows, declaratives, job schedulers, queue processors etc.
Expert in Pega Authorization and Authentication concepts and implementation
Strong understanding of integrations including SOAP/REST, XML, JSON, payload mapping, multipart document uploads
Experience in Web technologies including CSS, javascript, Servlets, JSP, etc
Excellent skills in any of the RDBMS tools like Oracle, MSSQL
Strong knowledge of SQL commands (PL/SQL, T-SQL). Should be proficient in database performance tuning
Strong knowledge of OOP concepts. Understanding and hands-on experience in design patterns
Experience with CI/CD configuration and release management
Experience with Pega Cloud (AWS) or third-party Cloud-hosted solutions
Ability to effectively communicate and present to multiple stakeholder problem definitions and proposed solutions to complex IT, technical and business issues
Strong experience scoping, planning and delivering projects using iterative software development lifecycles over multiple release cycle
