Candidate must be certified Pega CSSA or LSA.
Must have an experience of developing the application with Scrum methodology with iterative sprints.
Experience in working with Support & Development of Pega PRPC and Java/J2EE applications.
Experience in troubleshooting & performance tuning of PRPC applications using Clipboard, Tracer, PAL and DB Trace.
Strong expertise in UI, Process flows, Caching, Rule resolution, Activities.
Experience in implementation of various PRPC components like Data Transforms, Decision Tables, Decision Maps, Declarative Expressions, and Indexes etc.
Expertise in PRPC flows, interpretation of complex Flow shapes for business scenarios, Activities, Agents, Tickets, SLA's and Routing.
Extensively used Connectors and SOAP Services in Pega PRPC to integrate with external systems
Experience in writing Activities, flows, RDB connectivity using RDB methods, ConnectSQL, Data pages, Email Listeners, File Listeners, Decisions, Declarative rules, validations, Integrations using SOAP, Agents, SMA, and Performance tools,
Proficient in using RDBMS concepts with Oracle and etc.
Strong debugging and problem solving skills with excellent understanding of system development methodologies, techniques and tools.
Must have experience in working KAFKA Queue Processors, Job Schedulers.
Good to have experience in pega customer service framework
