We are looking for SSA having experience in leading small teams in Pega PRPC with at least 6+ years of software development experience with banking/ healthcare industry. Candidate should have at least 5 years experience in PEGA PRPC 5.X & above.

Responsibilities/ Skills :

• Design and implement new Pega applications and prototypes. Perform code reviews and design reviews.
• Mentor and assist team members and participate in elaborate discussions with all stake holders. Develop and suggest enhancements to existing production Pega applications. Establish standards and best practices for a Pega applications. Experience in implementing Agile / Scrum methodology.
• Act as a Pega SME for all complex issues in design and development. Performs other duties as assigned.
• Experience in all phases of software development life-cycle including analysis, design, implementation, testing and deployment.
• Direct Capture of Objects(DCO)
• Expertise in designing PRPC High Level Class structure, application Rule set structure, Work Flows etc. for an enterprise solution.
• Experience in Designing and implementing system integrations using REST or SOAP. Knowledge of Healthcare and Banking Frameworks - CPM /HCIF/ Smart Dispute etc Able to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues. Experience in object oriented programming language or J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), web development (JSP/Java script/CSS), .Net

Education: Masters or Bachelor’s degree required – Computer Science degree, Software Engineering, I.T., or similar degree preferred.

Pega 7, HCIF
