Job Description: for 5-8 Yrs

1. 5-8y of hands on exp of Pega with a minimum of 2y+ in Pega 8.x

2. CSSA certified

3. Participate in understanding requirements and participate in Design of the solution

4. Implement qualitative application using Pega out-of-the-box features with minimum supervision

5. Proficient with

a. Application building, Access Groups and other Pega security features

b. Case Management, Process Flows, SLA etc

c. Activities & Data Transforms

d. UI Building exp using Pega Developer Studio

e. Integrations using Service/ Connect Rest

f. Data management using Data Pages, Data tables.

g. Configurations using DSS, Application settings etc.

h. Troubleshooting using Tracer, Pega Rule Log, Pega Alert Log etc.

6. Create or modify Unit Tests, when necessary, along the implementation of new functionalities

7. Participate to manual testing activities when required

8. Pro-actively monitor application quality

9. Should be able communicate directly with client technical teams

10. Good attitude to work as team.

1. 8-12y of hands on exp of Pega with a minimum of 3y+ in Pega 8.x

2. CSSA certified

3. Have experience of independently leading development team of small to medium sizes

4. Participate in customer communications, discovery sessions etc.

5. Analyzes requirements and request modification or enrich it when needed

6. Participate on Design/ Architecture session

7. Implement qualitative application using Pega out-of-the-box features

8. Proficient with

a. Application building, Access Groups and other Pega security features

b. Case Management, Process Flows, SLA etc

c. Activities & Data Transforms

d. UI Building exp using Pega Developer Studio

e. Integrations using Service/ Connect Rest

f. Data management using Data Pages, Data tables.

g. Configurations using DSS, Application settings etc.
