Job Description- 

·      Lead the capture and analysis of business requirements and convert them into detailed process flows and system designs using Pega 8.x.
·      Conduct and facilitate requirement gathering workshops and stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment with business objectives.
·      Develop detailed documentation for business processes and systems integration using Pega.
·      Coordinate with IT and business units to ensure the Pega solutions meet business needs and performance goals.
·      Manage user acceptance testing of the Pega solutions, ensuring they meet the agreed-upon requirements.
