PEGA Marketing Lead / Architect

A PEGA Marketing Lead / Senior Architect for a critical project for one of our biggest client in Telecom domain. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications.

Technical Skills:

•         7+ years of Pega/PRPC Development experience with strong technical leadership skills in capacity of Lead Architect

•         Must have experience of working in Pega 7x and Pega 8x version.

•         Good experience of Pega platform migration (either Pega 6 to Pega 7.x or Pega 7.x to Pega 8.x).

•         Should have worked on Work Object Relationships, Reporting Routing (Skills based), Rule Resolution/Inheritance/Circumstancing, Class Design, Locking, Authentication, Agents, Functions/Java API, Services, Connectors

•         Must have the ability to work in a complex data environment as well as the ability to partner with the business and IT to find creative data solutions to business problems

•         Must possess the ability to work and research/resolve issues independently while sharing best practices and knowledge with colleagues and team members

•         Knowledge over decision components like campaigns, strategies, data flows and data sets 

•         Hands on experience in working with PEGA marketing related agents and customizations.

•         Minimum of CPDC or CPMC certification is mandatory or relevant work experience with good technical knowledge.

•         Hands on experience in migrating of PEGA code by creating product rules.

•         Verifiable knowledge and experience in concept work for state of the art WEB based User front Ends:

                          - Knowledge in Responsive Web Design

                           - Third party libraries: Angular JS    or similar

                           - HTML 5, JavaScript, bootstrap

                              - Core Java

                          - JSP

                          - Servlet

                          - Spring MVC rest API

Process Skills:

·         Capable of analyzing requirements and develop software as per project defined software process

·         Develop  LLD (Initiate/ participate in peer reviews)

·         Ability to execute test plans, create test cases test data and  contribute to appropriate software (including programming languages) development life cycle methodology and application of specialized business and technical knowledge.

Behavioral Skills:

·         Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction

·         Able to act as a Lead architect and guide the team during the complete SDLC cycle

·         Assume complete solution ownership and stakeholder management, able to convince customer on proposed solution and technical approach

Qualification:

·         Somebody who has at least 7+ years of work experience in PEGA.

·         Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
