Job Description:

· Pega design and development experience on 8.x (Client is currently using 8.8)

· Experience with Pega cloud is a plus.

· Experience on Requirement Analysis, Design, Implementation of Pega PRPC, Application Architecture, Agile Methodologies.

· Proficient in Pega Implementation cycle deployment, development, trouble shooting and bug tracing.

· Experience on the Agents, Queue Processor, Job Scheduler, SLA.

· Experience in Case Management / CS(Customer Support) Frameworks, CRM, CPM.

· Defect fixing during the releases, unit testing, sending the release notes.

· Working collaboratively with business users and cross-functional stakeholders

· Reviewing the code developed by peers, making them in compliance with Pega guardrails.

· Good Exposure on using Correspondence and Reporting features in PRPC.

· Exposure to Snowflake / Tableau desired.

· Prior banking domain knowledge is a plus.
