Duration: 7 Months Contract

We have an urgent project and looking to hire a Peoplesoft HCM consultant. Preferably more on the functional side but bit of technical skills also needed. Need onshore resource because he/she will have to work EST hours.

  • Gather requirements and create Functional design document.
  • Well versed with the Benefit leave plan configuration and setup.
  • In depth knowledge of leave accrual process along with Payroll processing knowledge.
  • Create and execute test cases independently.
  • Experience in developing complex custom Leave accrual process.
  • Gather requirements for custom leave accrual process from multiple companies (different standard hours)
  • Design and develop custom leave plan set up page to accommodate the requirements of multiple entities

Skills: PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, People Tools 8.59 or 8.60 or 8.61, Benefit Leave Plans administration, App Engine, SQR reports
