Job Title: PeopleSoft developer
Location: 48326 Michigan/(Onsite)

Roles & Responsibilities:
Analyze the requirements
Perform mapping exercise to develop file based interface
Perform implementation in PeopleSoft system. Uses advanced applications programming concepts and organization objectives to resolve highly complex issues.
Unit, system and integration system. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
Production support
Run Payroll jobs
Triage with FCA infrastructure team as needed

Technical/Functional Skills 
●           PeopleSoft Internet Architecture
●           Application Designer, PeopleTools, PeopleCode
●           PS Query
●           Process Knowledge – Benefits Administration, Core HR, Workforce Administration, Recruitment
●           Experience with PeopleSoft HCM techno-functional role (4+ Years)
●           Basic debugging knowledge for App Engine, SQR
●           BI Publisher Reports

Non-Technical:
●           Bachelor's degree
●           Excellent analytical and communication skill
●           Project Management / Scrum Master Experience
●           Candidates must be curious, competitive, driven, creative, collaborative, and flexible
●           Proven track record working in a cross functional team environment
