Job Key Responsibilities:

· At least 4-5 years of functional experience in HCM preferably in Peoplesoft.
· 1-2 years experience in Benefits Administration or Payroll for North America is preferred.
· strong SQL skills, PS Query, Data analysis and research with advanced Excel skills are required
· Ability to follow standard operating procedures for assigned processes.
· Ability to identify, clarify, and resolve issues and risks, escalating them as needed.
· Ability to review project deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with established project standards.
· Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy, Self-starter who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
· skilled in manipulating data, ability to work in a deadline driven environment.
· Ability to work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation.
· Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for identifying solutions.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Data privacy, compliance and controllership awareness.
· Ability to maintain a high degree of sensitivity and exercise discretion in regard to confidential material.
