PeopleSoft Functional Analyst

Job Description:

Need of a Peoplesoft Functional Analyst to backfill a slot on their team – this is a techno functional role, leaning 70% functional, 30% technical. This individual will mostly support the Inventory, Cash Management and Accounts Payable groups from a functional standpoint, with the potential for support in other teams as well. Areas of specialty for this role include Inventory, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Asset Management, Cash Management, Financial Gateway, Lease, Query, Reporting and Workflow

Must Have Skillsets:

• 15+ years of experience in Peoplesoft Financials
• Strong Functional knowledge in Peoplesoft Financials
• Deep understanding of PeopleTools Technology

Nice to Have Skillsets:

• Healthcare experience

• Day to Day Responsibilities
  • More support on SCM and Inventory Management Team, Procurement
  • Troubleshooting; Accounts payable team for 1099 and testing and configuring
  • Day to day support of inventory and accounts payable
  • Support on cash management
  • Integrations with Epic
  • 70/30 functional/technical Some development is done by him
  • Purely functional need with occasional light development (but this can be handled by another team), no admin skills
  • Role is more support rather than project; not implementation, purely support
  • Ticketing system – ServiceNow; used to be emails from the ticketing system
• 6 months contract; potential option to hire with this candidate
• Couple of preferred vendors working on this alongside RH
• Interview availability – provide times that candidates are available for next week
