Job Summary.
10+ years supporting as a Senior Developer PeopleSoft Human Capital Module (HCM) 9.1, 9.2 versions in large government or private sector.
IT organizations in USA.
- Good knowledge of Peoplesoft 9.2 NA Payroll Time and Labor, Flsa reporting/implementation, W2, State, Federal, Complex Time and Labor rules development knowledge, external interface development, and excellent communication skills.
- Acts as the primary technical liaison for production issue resolution to the Business Support and Client Services teams.
- Develop custom programs & and reports for Payroll & Time and Labor which will enhance processes and departmental efficiency using the PeopleSoft ERP System.
- Ability to develop technical solutions/rules/customizations by following functional specifications.
- Ability to present the technical solution to the project manager and the team members.
- Good knowledge of Oracle database's latest versions and SQL.
- Ability to develop bulk validation SQL scripts for the implemented technical solutions.
- Develop Payroll and time and labor-related queries, good knowledge of People tools, Fluid Pages, Integration Broker, Application Engine, SQR, and XML Publisher.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in the IT profession.
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience with Peoplesoft Payroll.
- Seeking highly motivated professionals with excellent personal and communication skills and strong experience with the Oracle Cloud SCM applications.
