At least 4-5 years of functional experience in HCM, preferably in PeopleSoft.
1-2 years’ experience in Benefits Administration or Payroll for North America is preferred.
strong SQL skills, PS Query, Data analysis and research with advanced Excel skills are required.
Ability to follow standard operating procedures for assigned processes.
Ability to identify, clarify, and resolve issues and risks, escalating them as needed.
Ability to review project deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with established project standards.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy, Self-starter who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
skilled in manipulating data, ability to work in a deadline driven environment.
Ability to work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation.
Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for identifying solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Data privacy, compliance, and controllership awareness.
Ability to maintain a high degree of sensitivity and exercise discretion in regard to confidential material.
