Required Skills:
• Minimum 11+ years of PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 / 9.2 -NA Payroll, Time & labor, Recruitment, Base Benefits implementation, Support, and development 
• Resource should be proficient in core modules of PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 -NA Payroll, Time & labor, Recruitment, Base Benefits.
• Resource having exposure on PeopleSoft application Upgrade HR 9.1/9.2 will be a plus point.
• Experience in other modules like – Core HR, Self Service.
• Resource should have PeopleSoft technical expertise around-40%. 
• Having experience on Integrations and AWE is must and PeopleSoft Functional expertise around -60%.
• Resource having exposure on PeopleSoft financials 9.1 will be a plus point.
• Resource should be able to work out of client location- San Carlos, CA.
• Resource should be flexible to provide daily handshake for an hour with offshore team based out of India.
• Good Communication, Problem solving and Analytical skills.
• Experience in working on global projects and is able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and should be able to do the and customer facing role.
• Location must be at San Carol/SFO, CA. Should work from customer location.
