Minimum 8 + years of PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 -NA Payroll, Time & labour, Recruitment, Base Benefits implementation , Support and development

Resource should be proficient in core modules of PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 -NA Payroll, Time & labour, Recruitment, Base Benefits

Experience in other modules like Core HR, Self Service

Resource should have PeopleSoft technical expertise around-40%. Having experience on Integrations and AWE is must and PeopleSoft Functional expertise around -60%

Resource having exposure on PeopleSoft financials 9.1 will be a plus point

Resource should be flexible to provide daily handshake for an hour with offshore team based out of India

Good Communication, Problem solving and Analytical skills

Experience in working on global projects and is able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and should be able to do the and customer facing role
