What is the work? » Analytics / Design & Development: − Partners in a team environment to / can independently identify, analyse, document, facilitate implementation, and communicate solutions to meet business needs » Supports software development efforts (coding, configuration, maintenance, installation, testing, and debugging), managing timelines, and technical documentation. Works in a SDLC and and understand SDLC » Contributes to requirement gathering, elicitation and documentation » Contributes to system and application design − Defines / documents current and future operational scenarios; works with other business areas, client groups to translate moderately complex business needs into systems solutions / business requirements » Assists project teams in delivery of applications, systems, processes, metrics, and services in agreed-upon timeframes » Analyses probable impact of recommendations and solutions for client groups − Conducts post-implementation analysis − Participates in development of / may develop test scenarios to validate requirements » Troubleshoots basic system issues; continuously monitors HCM software for accuracy. » Supports the payroll and HR system; ensures business processes are completed on time and answers questions and requests from business users; resolves issues if any is encountered with the help of a technical team. What is your background? − Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or related field  A Systems Analyst with 3- 4+ years of business / tech experience  Experience in PeopleSoft HCM is a must (required)  Ability to wrote macros, queries(required)  Excel functional knowledge (required)  Experience in project management (preferred)  Experience in SDLC (required)  1-3 years’ experience in US HR Payroll(preferred)  Ability to code and create SQL reports (good to have, not a must)  Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality  A high degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail is essential.  Some experience in production support (preferred) Do you have what it takes to be a fit as an Systems Analyst II – HCM? − Strong communication skills − Strong analytical skills − Strong organization skills − Strong leadership skills − Intermediate PC skills - Ability to work independently - Strong sense of urgency
