Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a PeopleSoft HCM Functional & PeopleSoft Finance Functional
Position type: Contract.
Duration: 12+ Months
Location: San Carlos, CA(Day1 Onsite)
As a PeopleSoft HCM Functional & PeopleSoft Finance Functional, you will:
Responsibilities

Job Description Key responsibilities:
* Minimum 10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 / 9.2 -NA Payroll, Time & labor, Recruitment, Base Benefits implementation, Support, and development
* Resource should be proficient in core modules of PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 -NA Payroll, Time & labor, Recruitment, Base Benefits.
* Resource having exposure on PeopleSoft application Upgrade HR 9.1/9.2 will be a plus point.
* Experience in other modules like - Core HR, Self Service.
* Resource should have PeopleSoft technical expertise around-40%.
* Having experience on Integrations and AWE is must and PeopleSoft Functional expertise around -60%.
* Resource having exposure on PeopleSoft financials 9.1 will be a plus point.
* Resource should be able to work out of client location- San Carlos, CA.
* Resource should be flexible to provide daily handshake for an hour with offshore team based out of India.
* Good Communication, Problem solving and Analytical skills.
* Experience in working on global projects and is able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and should be able to do the and customer facing role.
* Location must be at San Carol/SFO, CA. Should work from customer location.
