We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PeopleSoft HCM Time and Labor Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting the Time and Labor module within the PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) system. You will collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, configure the system accordingly, and provide expertise in time and labor management processes. Essential Job Functions

Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their business requirements related to time and labor management processes.

Provide expert functional knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM Time and Labor module and recommend best practices to clients.

Configure and customize the Time and Labor module to meet client-specific requirements, including setup of time entry rules, time reporting codes, work schedules, and pay rules.

Conduct system testing, identify and resolve any issues or defects, and provide ongoing support to end-users.

Develop and deliver training materials and conduct user training sessions to ensure effective adoption of the Time and Labor module.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as HR, Payroll, and IT, to integrate the Time and Labor module with other PeopleSoft HCM modules or third-party systems.

Assist in data conversion and migration activities, ensuring accurate and timely transfer of time and labor data into the PeopleSoft system.

Stay updated with the latest PeopleSoft HCM Time and Labor module features, functionalities, and industry trends, and provide recommendations for system enhancements or optimizations.

Participate in project planning, estimation, and documentation activities as required.

Required Education, Skills and Experience

Proven minimum 10 years of experience as a PeopleSoft HCM Time and Labor Functional Consultant, including end-to-end implementation and support projects.

Strong understanding of time and labor management processes, including time entry, absence management, overtime calculation, and labor distribution.

Proficiency in configuring and customizing the PeopleSoft HCM Time and Labor module, including setup of rules, codes, schedules, and pay rules.

Familiarity with integration points between the Time and Labor module and other PeopleSoft HCM modules, such as HR, Payroll, and Benefits.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, gather requirements, and conduct user training sessions.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory compliance related to time and labor management
