Peoplesoft / Kronos Administrator

Responsibilities

 

• Create / update user requests
• Ensure from reputable source as this is a manual file submission
• Process all data updates for new SetIDs and Business Units / create new permissions as require
• Annual SOX user audit
• Perform all configuration updates new roles, new functionality all security, portal and component assignments for all environments
• Troubleshoot any/all issues with application usually you are first point of contact
• Configure all sub-PRD environments during refreshes based on requirement (update PWs, email, roles etc.)
• Field all compliance oriented requests, internally and externally sourced.
  
   

PeopleSoft HR

 

• Maintain Employee Self Service troubleshoot and correct as required
• Create all new data permission this application is very granular for data
• Annual SOX User Audit
• Troubleshoot any/all issues with application usually you are first point of contact
• Configure all sub-PRD environments during refreshes based on requirement (update PWs, email, roles etc.)
• Perform all configuration updates new roles, new functionality all security, portal and component assignments for all environments
• Create / update user requests
• Align user population to AD new accounts, renames, updated emails, locks, new and expired contract accounts etc.
• Review all failed jobs and correct as required ESS / Daily Audit / Data Updates
• Field all compliance oriented requests, internally and externally sourced.
  
   

PeopleSoft Finance

 

• Perform monthly (sometimes more frequent) updates to data permissions tying PeopleSoft tree to CorpDB
• All updates to ancillary reporting applications Vista Plus / nVision
• Perform all configuration updates new roles, new functionality all security, portal and component assignments for all environments
• Troubleshoot any/all issues with application usually you are first point of contact
• Configure all sub-PRD environments during refreshes based on requirement (update PWs, email, roles etc.)
• Create / update user requests
• Align user population to AD new accounts, renames, updated emails, locks, new and expired contract accounts etc.
• Annual SOX User Audit
• Review all failed jobs and correct as required Custom Preference Modeling / Row Level Updates / AD Import & Load / Dynamic Roles / Reports for Distribution / Set Default Dates / P2P Utilities etc.
• Field all compliance oriented requests, internally and externally sourced.
