Peoplesoft Payroll Functional Consultant

We are looking for Peoplesoft Payroll Functional Consultant for Melbourne for a large-scale project. This is a permanent role with a global IT service leader.

 

Requirements

 

PeopleSoft Functional Analyst (HR):

• End to end functional support for all Human Resources systems including PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, SABA LMS, Figtree.
• Extensive experience in supporting an ERP system
• Demonstrated functional experience of PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM. (Global Payroll (rules writing),Absence Management, Core HR)
• Oracle release methodology (patching)
• Desire to learn and develop skills.
• Good breadth of knowledge across the whole application.
• Ability to map business process to a system solution, identifying gaps and solutions.
• Able to specify and playback requirements clearly.
• Excellent English language and communication skills are a must.
