PeopleSoft Techno Functional Specialist

Job Description:

• Techno functional expert for Allscripts Supply Chain System PMM, possessing both technical and functional knowledge of the PMM System.
• Advanced understanding of functional and technical aspects of system support, spanning requirements, analysis, data, and documentation, extending through design, programming, testing, and implementation phases.
• Utilizes problem-solving skills and design principles, combined with advanced technical knowledge, to develop solutions enhancing and extending business applications.
• Provides support and expertise across various applications/services, including PeopleSoft modules for Grants, Contracts, Projects, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger, alongside related applications/integrations supporting research and functionalities in other areas such as Student AR and Sundry Billing.
• Responsible for creating training materials for system support and change management.
• Handles operational system support and incident management, offering Functional/Technical Specifications.
• Supports upgrades and specialized system regression testing.
• 3-5 years of experience in function/technical support of enterprise software like PeopleSoft Grants, Contracts, Projects, Billing, and AR modules.
• Proficient in SQL, query creation, data extraction/organization, and analysis.
• Demonstrates the ability to gather, synthesize, and prioritize highly complex end-user requirements, translating them effectively for technical and non-technical audiences, and works with developers (in-house and third-party vendors) effectively.
• Supports users in utilizing PeopleSoft Grants Suite and resolves production issues, multiple PeopleSoft Grants 9.2 upgrade design initiatives, develops Detailed Design Documents for enhancements related to the PeopleSoft 9.2 Upgrade project, and creates Regression and Integration test plans for baseline software functions, enhancements, and the implementation of PeopleSoft 9.2.
