Relevant Experience (in Yrs)        10 years

Technical/Functional Skills         

•            Hands on experience on Peoplesoft administration and upgrade systems.

•            SSL Certification updating and renewing in servers.

•            Perform administration activities such as setting user accounts, roles, access privileges                                                  

•            Performs software installations, security administration (Patch Management) and upgrades to Peoplesoft systems and layered software applications.

•            Willing to work in Multiple shift timings on Rotation basis.

•            Have experience In Object/ file Migrations, application patching using change assistant & PUM Packages etc.

•            Experienced in Project Migrations and running compare reports via Application Designer and Phire Tool

•            Work with Infrastructure team members(Network, NT and Unix Administrators) to build and deliver services in a stable and secure multi-instance hosting environment. Assist with Capacity Planning, disaster recovery and load balancing activities.

•            Work on all phases of a Project development, testing, Production support etc

•            Experience in People Tools and Application upgrade is a must

•            Hands on experience in Scripting(Unix or windows)

•            Experience in Troubleshooting issues related to Integration Broker, Web server, App server and Process scheduler

•            Experience in performance tuning on Peoplesoft systems

Roles & Responsibilities

•            Installation, Maintenance and upgrade of peoplesoft application

•            Proactively identify issues during implementations and be able to mitigate the issues

•            Good Troubleshooting skills and able to troubleshoot issues with Peoplesoft  Integration Broker, Report Posting, Weblogic, Application server, PUM Patching, CA/Upgrade steps, ApplicationEngine, SQR, SQLs, Peoplecode and oracle database.

•            Update Job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, professional Organizations

•            .Add and Update document standards for Peoplesoft architecture and configuration as well as day to day operational procedures and protocols

•            Serve in a 24/7 on call capacity, working evenings/ weekends as needed

•            Perform other duties as assigned
