Performance Engineer @ Hyderabad WFO

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Engineer to join our  team. If you're passionate about ensuring seamless system performance, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Testing

- Manage performance testing projects from end-to-end
- Collaborate with scrum teams to develop comprehensive test strategies and plans
- Design and develop performance test scripts and scenarios
- Conduct spike, capacity, and endurance testing
- Monitor and analyze performance tests in real-time

Performance Optimization

- Identify performance bottlenecks and propose improvements
- Provide detailed analysis and tuning recommendations
- Generate and deliver in-depth performance test reports to stakeholders
- Work with development and operations teams to implement performance enhancements

Collaboration

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, operations, etc.)
- Communicate performance testing results and recommendations effectively

Resource Requirements:

Technical Skills

- Proven experience in performance testing (APIs and UIs)
- Expertise in performance testing tools (JMeter, k6)
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Splunk, Argus, New Relic)
- Knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
- Programming language skills (JavaScript, Kubernetes, etc.)

Soft Skills

- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have:

- Experience with containerization (Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with DevOps practices
- Knowledge of additional programming languages
