Performance Test Engineer

Job Description:
10 – 12 years of experience in Performance Testing and Engineering Domain
Have hands-on experience in Performance Bottleneck Analysis (Infrastructure, Application and System level)
Solid experience in providing Performance Tuning Recommendations
Experience in creating performance test strategy, design, planning, work load modelling, and elicitation of non-functional requirements for testing
Hand-on experience in at least one of the Load testing tools (Load Runner (Primary) , Jmeter, VSTS, SOASTA etc)
Hands on experience in profiling and performance monitoring
Hands-on experience in using analytic tools like Omniture, google analytics and monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Appdynamic, Tivoli, Sitescope etc
Hands-on experience in at least one Object Oriented Programming Language (Java, C++ etc.) would be an added benefit
Prior Customer Facing Experience is a must
Experience in Mobile App Development/Mobile Performance Testing would be an added benefit
Be able to recommend test methodologies, approach, strategic direction for testing and improving application's performance
Ecommerce performance testing experience is a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required
Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements
Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies.
