Performance Test Lead

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced performance Test Lead with strong expertise in LoadRunner and Dynatrace tools. This role requires a deep understanding of LoadRunner protocols such as Citrix, RTE, SAP, Web (Http/HTML), MQs testing. Additionally, experience in data warehouse testing and database volume testing is essential. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of performance engineers, getting involved in E2E performance testing, making timely decisions, and effectively communicating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Testing Leadership:

·        Lead and manage the performance testing team to ensure the delivery of high-quality performance testing services.

·        Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Test Planning and Execution:

·        Develop comprehensive performance test plans, strategies, and schedules.

·        Execute performance tests using LoadRunner and analyze results to identify performance bottlenecks.

Tool Expertise:

·        Hands on LoadRunner for scripting with various protocols, including Citrix, RTE, SAP, Web (Http/HTML), MQs.

·        Monitor application performance using Dynatrace and provide insights for performance optimization.

Data Warehouse and Database Volume Testing:

·        Design and execute performance tests specifically for data warehouses to ensure they can handle large volumes of data.

·        Conduct database volume testing to verify that database systems can manage large datasets efficiently without performance degradation.

Stakeholder Communication:

·        Collaborate with stakeholders to understand performance requirements and objectives.

·        Present performance testing results and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
