Performance Test Lead

• Thorough understanding and hands on experience in developing, enhancing performance scripts for web, mobile & desktop applications, preferably using Load Runner.
• Expertise in Performance testing, performance tuning, estimating workload model based on requirements and supporting project in any initiatives related to performance testing. 
• Good understanding of test environments and have experience of working with performance monitoring tools like Dynatrace.
• Good knowledge in OOPS programming concepts and experience in programming languages like Java, .NET, C#.
• Expertise in implementing performance scripts CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Azure DevOps or similar.
• Ability to design test strategy and collaborate with business leaders.
• Knowledge and understanding of Automation testing.
• Demonstrated skill in using coding standards and being an active participant in code reviews.
• Experience with web service technology like XML, REST, SOAP.
• Experienced in implementing testing and QA frameworks using Agile methodologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis abilities.
• Knowledge on Cloud Technologies
• Passion for achieving excellence in technical, process, product quality and reliability.
• Must be extremely detail and technology oriented and possess excellent communications skills.
