Performance Testing Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Design robust Performance Test Strategies for applications and the consumer technology ecosystem

Collaborate with Development, Project Managers, and Solution Architects for application tests and early issue identification

Work closely with teams for load tests based on software delivery schedules

Review and ensure comprehensive evaluation of infrastructure and application responsiveness in performance test results

Provide SME leadership, implement industry best practices, and automate Performance Testing in the CI/CD pipeline

Define post-mortem/root-cause analysis processes and execute Performance tests supporting Agile software Delivery

Demonstrate strong project management discipline, metrics creation, and visualization skills

Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or related areas

Experience with microservice architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud ecosystems

Knowledge of infrastructure components, application architecture, and Agile Lifecycle

Some programming experience (C#/Java, Python, SQL) is advantageous

Proven leadership in technology transformation initiatives

Superior written and verbal communication skills

Strategic thinking for firm-wide solutions, effective communication to diverse audiences

Ability to orchestrate and drive complex strategies and solutions

Preferred Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience
