PHP Laravel Architect (P5) - 100% Remote - Long Term Contract

iitjobs are seeking a highly experienced PHP Laravel Architect to lead team in the maintenance, support, and enhancement of a business-critical application. The ideal candidate will possess an extensive background in PHP and Laravel, with proven expertise in understanding, documenting, and modernizing legacy systems. This role is strategic in preparing for future application modernization by providing comprehensive insights and direction for the existing system. The candidate will be responsible for architecting solutions, addressing technical debt, and ensuring the long-term health and efficiency of the system.

EDUCATION:=

• Bachelor's degree

Experience:-

• Five (7) or more years work experience as a developer using PHP and Laravel frameworks,
• .Net Development experience and AWS experience is a plus

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• In-depth knowledge Extensive expertise in PHP and Laravel.
• Advanced proficiency in MySQL database management and performance optimization.
• Expertise in Nginx server setup and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of Vue.js and Bootstrap for architecting user interfaces.
• In-depth knowledge of best practices in application security, particularly in a cloud environment.
• Advanced experience working with PHP, performing unit testing, and managing APIs such as REST.
• Comprehensive understanding of application design using Laravel.
• Expertise in database design and querying using SQL.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Practical experience using the MVC architecture.
• Extensive experience with CI/CD development models leveraging Bit Bucket, Az DevOps, or similar tools.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and their application in software development projects.
