•  Good understanding of PingFederate, PingAccess, PingDirectory,PingOne, OAuth 2.0, and LDAP directories, SAML, SSO
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with PingcFederate
• Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills
• Analysis of the current Ping Identity deployment topology
• Analysis of the current Ping Identity architecture
• Validate the capacity planning done for Ping by anticipating the future workload
• Performance tuning, Analyze Ping Integration patterns
• Remove customizations in app integrations to reduce complexity and maintenance overhead. NOTE: Care should be taken to not break the existing integrations
• Implement best practices in the existing integrations
• Develop a standardized integration pattern for future application onboarding
• Provide recommendations for problem management for proactive incident management
• Validate the capacity planning done for Ping by anticipating the future workload
