OFFEROR RESOURCE(S) SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, & CAPABILITIES 1. Offeror shall propose a resource possessing the following preferred skills, experience, and capabilities: a. The ability to: (1) Break down complex programming concepts into organized and concise units. (2) Work in an agile, self-motivated environment with multiple, concurrent priorities. b. An understanding of relational data concepts and the ability to apply these concepts to concrete solutions. c. Development skills with Oracle PL/SQL (Packages, Functions, Procedures, triggers), Materialized Views, DBLinks, and Oracle Jobs. d. Strong analytical skills for evaluating, documenting, and enhancing existing and new data models. e. Experience with: (1) Reverse Engineering and Refactoring PL/SQL code, (2) Extraction, Transform and Load programming, (3) Data Warehouse/ Data Mart design, (4) Asynchronous event-driven applications. f. Knowledge of the following: (1) BI Publisher, (2) Java syntax, (3) SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), (4) XML syntax and parsing, (5) Domain knowledge of court related concepts and business activities. F. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE 1. Work shall be performed in a hybrid setting as follows: a. Three (3) daysremote at a suitable off-site location selected by the Offeror/Offeror Resource
