PL SQL Developer/Data Analyst

OFFEROR RESOURCE(S) SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, & CAPABILITIES 1. Offeror shall propose a resource possessing the following preferred skills, experience, and capabilities: a. The ability to: (1) Break down complex programming concepts into organized and concise units. (2) Work in an agile, self-motivated environment with multiple, concurrent priorities. b. An understanding of relational data concepts and the ability to apply these concepts to concrete solutions. c. Development skills with Oracle PL/SQL (Packages, Functions, Procedures, triggers), Materialized Views, DBLinks, and Oracle Jobs. d. Strong analytical skills for evaluating, documenting, and enhancing existing and new data models. e. Experience with: (1) Reverse Engineering and Refactoring PL/SQL code, (2) Extraction, Transform and Load programming, (3) Data Warehouse/ Data Mart design, (4) Asynchronous event-driven applications. f. Knowledge of the following: (1) BI Publisher, (2) Java syntax, (3) SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), (4) XML syntax and parsing, (5) Domain knowledge of court related concepts and business activities.
